Late in 1996 Bruce took the training for and passed the State test for an Associate Broker for Realty Experts. He started the branch office of Realty Experts. In 1998 started his own company, which is now known as Biking Realty.
Senior Real Estate Specialist
In 1997 he trained for, took the test and was awarded the SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) which better prepared him to aid Seniors with their real estate and related needs. Bruce has coordinated a
Seniors Team ready to help Seniors and he has a free report available for those who ask for it.
Real Estate License & Training
- Having earned his real estate sales license in Arizona in 1992, Bruce closed $2.4 million in escrows the first year and in 1994, 3.5 million.
- He earned the GRI, (Graduate REALTORS Institute).
- In 1994, he completed the CRS, (Certified Residential Specialist).
Bruce is among only 5% of
realtors in the USA who
have earned the CRS designation.
